NGME Insurance was founded in 1985 by Robert and Carol Malone, a husband-and-wife team who opened a two-person office on South Congress with a simple promise: tell clients the truth, even when it costs us the sale.

Forty years later, that office has grown into one of Central Texas's most respected independent agencies — but the promise hasn't changed. We still answer our own phones.
